What Is A 'Web-Based' Ordering System? It is the process of making our Reflections Video Photo Transfer service available on-line without the need for a client-side software management system. All video production is performed at our location, ordering, uploading photos and retrieving the finished production is done on-line. This process makes it as easy as possible for you do your work without having to take on the additional responsibility of video creation. |

Do You Guarantee The Work & Timeframe? YES. If we make any mistakes in production quality or content (typo, upside-down photo, etc.) we will replace the video at no additional charge. If the production is not made available for download within our guaranteed timeframe, it will be free. |

What Equipment, Supplies & Software Will I Need? All required supplies and materials can be purchased at a local office supply store. The basic requirements are: Broadband internet connection, Scanner, DVD burner, blank DVD disks, DVD cases, labels and a printer. How Do You Invoice Us? We can establish billing based on your needs, either by the individual job, weekly or monthly. We can set-up an auto-pay from credit card or send the invoice to you in .PDF format via email. |

Do You Use Licensed Music? ABSOLUTELY! Any title offered by Reflections Video is licensed for use with and duplication of that production. |

How Long Does It Take To Download The DVD File? Individual times will vary depending on network traffic, broadband connection and time of day, however, a very reasonable estimate would be 20 minutes. |

How Much Computer Experience Do I Need? Very Limited. An understanding of files and directories, internet usage, email and scanning are required. We provide support to help get you started. |

How Long Does It Take To Scan The Photos? This will vary by your individual system and scanner. A reasonable scanner pass will take 90-120 seconds. |

What Is The Turn-Around Time? Maximum turnaround time from receipt of order to project being available for download is 14 hours. |

What About Weekends & Holidays? We accept and process orders 24/7 at no additional cost...weekends and holidays included. We also make available a 24/7 hotline for after-hours support. |

What About Additional Copies? Because you will have the DVD images and artwork saved to your computer, there is no additional charge for extra copies. We do archive all videos we produce should you lose your files and will reproduce the video for you at a nominal fee. |

Do You Do Any Photo Correcting? YES. Our standard practice is to provide photo color correction, red-eye removal, noise reduction and color balance. |

How Do I Show The Video? The two most common ways are to either set-up a table with a television in a discrete location or, if equipped, use an LCD projector and screen. |

Why Not Use A Software Only Solution? Software only solutions require you to do the work. Even the simplest software solution requires some time be spent learning the program and taking away from your time to produce it with every order you take. The other major drawback of software only solutions is limited production quality - because they are designed to be as easy and user friendly as possible, the effects and customization of the production are extremely limited making the video visually disappointing compared to what we offer. |
